This books site, The Road Back, offers a plethora of favorable reviews from those whove used this book to ease off psycho-active drugs and into a wellspring of new health. Ditto for a web search of the books title. Its thus suspicious to me that neither reviewer, of the two reviews present as I write this, has created any other Amazon reviews. Moreover, neither reviewer has put forth authentic critique or content analysis. One of these two was asked by a reader for follow-up experiences in using the books approach, but has never checked back in.
To me, these reviews are meaningless, and I urge you to look past them. Because these two reviewers havent been motivated to write feedback on any other Amazon product, I wonder if the submissions are the work of Big Pharma. Perhaps they are efforts to dissuade readers from considering this approach, an approach that uses research to question the use of some of their biggest profit makers, while also providing the basis for all-natural alternatives. Of course, Im not saying that no authentic critique of this approach exists, but it isnt present here. At any rate, the approach is self-critical (which the author notes), meaning that it is continually evolving and self-correcting, so as to produce even better results.
Despite Big Pharmas inviting ads, taking psychoactive drugs is hardly ones best possible choice when facing difficulties (far from it!). Moreover, this option has consequences which are often kept from the limelight. As for your doctor, he/she is visited regularly by Big Pharma sales reps, but most definitely is not called upon regularly by those whove benefited from this approach. Think about that before you fold under the pressure of entities which put profit above everything else.
I weaned myself off of 150mg Effexor XR in 2007 over a 4 month period and suffered greatly for it, most especially in the long run (ie, 7 months later). I had a false relapse of major depression because of it and went on another drug. At this time, Im in contact with a woman through an online forum who is going through an Effexor taper (down dose) at this moment. She is following this book to the letter and purchasing TBR supplements. Her journey isnt easy but it is a lot more positive than mine was. In the future, I will use the guidelines in this book to taper (down dose) off of my current medication, which is not a "dirty" drug like Effexor. The secret is this book, a Paleo or JNK diet, and patience. You have to give your brain and body time to adjust and return to homeostasis via SLOW, small incremental changes. In short, following this book, changing your lifestyle, and going as slowly as possible is key. Dont become arrogant or frustrated. Youll go too fast and crash. Be smart--not emotional. The drug withdrawals will be emotional enough for you. Ha! UPDATE: Im currently using The Road Back Program and their TRB detox/taper kits. I actually feel better OFF of this drug than ON it. The only side-effect Im having is that Im tired. I may order AdMax/FemLife and see how it works. Im tapering slowly (3 months) and just started personal training 3x week, so its hard to tell what is causing what. (For dirty drugs like, Effexor or Paxil you may need to take 2 years to detox. Do whats right for YOU.) UPDATE: JANUARY 2014, Im completely off all unwanted medication and have been for a few months now. I still take a sleeping aid at bedtime, but Im happy with that. I feel clear-headed and even-keeled for the first time in about 13 years.

Steps To Get A Hair Spa At Home
You are a beautiful woman, you have an amazing personality, you are known for your wonderful dressing sense, but your hair always puts you in an embarrassing situation. You spend hefty amounts in hair salon and beauty parlour; it relieves you for some time but again your hair looks dull. If you face this hair problem very often and tired of spending too much money, start a hair treatment at home. Does it sound tough? Dont worry it is really very easy and never puts a load on your pocket also. Hair spa at home does not require anything much expensive or exclusive. Most of the products you need for a hair spa are available in your kitchen only. There are 5 steps of a homemade hair spa which includes- massaging, steaming, washing, conditioning and applying hair mask. Things you need for hair spa: Hair oil of your choice, conditioner (homemade or readymade), hair mask (homemade or readymade).

Step 1: Massage your scalp
This is the first step to start a hair treatment at home. Massage your head with any hair nourishing oil for 15-20 minutes. You can use olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil or sesame oil. The best is to mix equal parts of all of them and use it. Massage softly with your fingertips. It increases blood circulation and helps increase hair growth.
Step 2: Steam warm hair
Dip a towel or cotton cloth in warm water and squeeze it to remove excess water. Wrap this towel around your head covering all your oiled hair. It helps oil penetrate deep inside the scalp and nourishes the hair. This step takes at least 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 3: Wash your hair
Now wash your hair with a mild shampoo. Use cold or lukewarm water to wash your hair. Hot water bath causes dandruff, itchy and dry scalp, and weakens hair roots.
Step 4: Apply conditioner
After shampooing, apply conditioner on your hair. You can either use homemade conditioner or any market product that suits your hair. For homemade conditioner, boil tea leaves in water and add lemon juice to it. Use this concoction as a conditioner after shampoo.
Step 5: Apply a hair mask
This last step provides all required nourishment to your hair. You can buy a hair mask from the market or make it at home as per your needs and the things available at home. There are different homemade hair masks that you can try for the treatment.
Now you have learned how to do hair spa at home. Do it once every week or in 15 days and see the difference. You will definitely get the desired results very soon.
